Opened at Domaine de Chevalier. I saw the pricelist of the older wines in the cellar of the estate, but it stopped at 1980. Just around the corner there was quite a few 1979's laying, my vintage. So I asked, if they had a bottle for sale. They did. The bottle was found, the dust cleaned of, and then Remi decided we should taste it right there and then instead, what a treat! 89
