Very strawberries on the palate, a bit simple on the palate, but elegant, ok freshness and acidity, tannins gone, seems to be drink now. 85

JAN 17 Bottle, tasted side by side with magnum above. Ruby, garnet rim, low neck fill. Red berries, cherries, leather, touch of sous bois nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, more mature, leaner, more dusty palate than the magnum, takes a shorter time before it starts to decline in the glass. At it’s very peak. 88
