Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, ever so slightly lean, minerals, cassis and a slight herbal note, long. Rest of the note from Riedel Vinum Chianti. 92

Even if it’s not the greatest Haut-Bailly ever it is still very lovely and I would wait a few more years for the tannins to settle more. Drink 2023-2030. 90

MAY 07 Ruby. Fruity, dark berries, ripe but not as sweet as some. Elegant acidity but feels fresher than most, soft and gentle tannins, this is one of the best 03's I've had so far. 92

Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresher palate, licorice, candy apples, rich for the vintage. Not too complex, nailed producer but not vintage. After it had been open for two hours, much more typical with minerals and more classic nose.  90

APR 15 Deep ruby, thin garnet rim. Scented, dark fruits, detailed nose, quite flirting and seductive, leather, anise, figs, lovely. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresh and lively palate, detailed, refreshing, detailed and long.
