JUL 19 Ruby. Blueberries, anise, faint vanilla, light cassis, scented nose. Lovely nose but needs two hours of air. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, dark fruity, juicy of not full bodied, quite linear and nuanced, young and absolutely no hurry with this, but it opens up nicely if you feel you must. 93

SEP 15 90M 10CF ruby. Dark fruits, some earthy notes, coffee and a hint of vanilla, touch of liquorice. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity palate, rounded, quite elegant even if the host is a little unsure if the bottle is 100 percent perfect. Some starting prune notes in the back, good length. But then it deteriorates with more air, getting flatter and shorter by the minute.
