MAR 19 Pale lemon yellow. Apples, fruit driven, refreshing nose. Some brioche. Fresh acidity, fruity, rounded, elegant mousse, lovely balance, good length. This actually needs a bit of air to open up more. The best Crémant de Bordeaux I’ve tasted. 86
